Dispatch Costs & Times

Standard UK Dispatch is capped at £9.99. Non-mainland areas such as Northern Ireland are charged at the same price, but delivery may take slightly longer. The delivery charges to non-UK locations are uncapped. All dispatch day timescales are quoted as working days (Mon-Fri). The day you order is included as a dispatch day if your order is placed before 11am, if not the next working day will be the first day.
Once dispatched, UK orders should arrive the next working day, international orders will take slightly longer. An estimated delivery date is provided for all orders during the checkout process.
Express Dispatch Options
4 day fast dispatch is available on all items at additional cost. 24 hour express dispatch is available on selected items, also at an additional cost. Please note the additional cost is not for an alternative courier service, but the cost of expediting your order. Our express dispatch services are currently only available for UK mainland orders. An estimated delivery date will be shown during the checkout process.
International Delivery Destinations
We are able to deliver to the follow international countries:
Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine.
Zone 2: Australia, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Dubai, Greece, New Zealand, South Africa, Thailand, United States of America.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched. UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail (tracked) or DPD Local; orders outside of the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail or UPS. If your order is dispatched by DPD Local, they will notify you directly of a 1 hour window when your order will be delivered. If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date. If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered.
Cancelling an Order
All products ordered though our Merchandise Store are made to order. As the process of personalising your item beings as soon as the order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification”. Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing’ tab below the add to basket button.
