Here's how it works...
1. Sign up online to either the 25km, 50km, 75km, 100km, 150km or 200km challenge
Choose the right distance for you! Don't forget you can walk or run for your challenge. How fast you go totally doesn't matter, it's the distance that's the challenge.
2. Join our private Facebook group!
After you sign up, we will send you a link to the group. If you can, please join our private Facebook group, we are going to support each other on our solo runs and give you lots of motivation.
3. Go out and enjoy your solo walks and runs, keep a journal of how far you go!
Record your walks & runs on this handy tracker sheet & when you've completed your challenge all you do is send your handy tracker sheet to us.
4. Wear your This Girl Runs long sleeved t-shirt with pride!
Once we've received your evidence, we'll send you out a moisture wicking This Girl Runs long sleeved tshirt - either in hot pink, or charcoal grey, to reward you for your hard work!

- We offer garments in a range of sizes in both unisex and ladies fit.
- We package and sent out items first class Monday - Friday. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchasing the item if in an unworn, unwashed condition.
